Flushing and fluid analysis
Contamination in hydraulic systems is costly in downtime. Our technicians carry out flushing and certify cleanliness levels to NAS 1638 and ISO 4406.MethodAfter flushing, or from samples sent in, the technicians prepare a test filter for particle counting. Analysis is carried out with a binocular microscope or automatic particle counter, and you receive documentation of the cleanliness level achieved.
Calibration and maintenance
Our certified technicians calibrate mechanical, electrical and pressure equipment, whether OEG-owned or the customer's own.
