DNV 2.7-1 certified workshop containers Type E, B, C and L for offshore work
OEG builds workshop containers for maintenance, welding, painting and tool handling offshore. Units are certified to DNV 2.7-1 and delivered as Type E for safe areas, Type B and C with overpressure for classified zones, and Type L for paint. Interiors are fitted out for the work to be done. We also build rigging containers and units with special interiors.
- DNV 2.7-1 certification - Approved for offshore crane lifting and platform acceptance. Documentation follows every unit.
- Type E, B, C and L - The right classification for the job. Type E for safe areas, Type B and C with overpressure for classified zones, Type L for paint.
- Overpressure and filtered air - Type B and C keep flammable gas out. Personnel work safely in Zone 1 and 2 while operations continue around them.
- A-60 fire insulation - Fire-rated construction with A-60 personnel door where the platform requires it.
