DNV certified lifting frames, skids and transformer enclosures for heavy and specialised equipment offshore
OEG designs and builds certified frames for safe handling, transport and storage of heavy offshore equipment. Frames are adapted to the customer's needs and can be supplied with certified lifting points, load-tested connections and ISO corner castings for safe handling and stacking. The range covers manifold frames, equipment frames, skids, transformer enclosures and gas racks.
- DNV 2.7-3 certification - Certified for offshore lifting of non-containerised cargo. Meets requirements for portable offshore units and secures platform acceptance for frames with mounted equipment.
- ISO 1496 compliance - Built to the international standard for freight containers. Compatible with standard handling and stacking systems, simplifying logistics and vessel loading.
- Payload 23,678 kg - Handles heavy process and electrical equipment in a single lift. Reduces the number of lifts and simplifies mobilisation of complete equipment packages.
- Mounting blocks for electrical equipment - Pre-fitted anchor points for electrical components. Equipment is mounted in the workshop under controlled conditions and lifted complete to the drillship.
