DNV 2.7-1 certified baskets for pipe, tools and general cargo offshore
OEG designs and builds custom baskets for pipe, equipment and general cargo offshore. Baskets are certified to DNV 2.7-1 and adapted to the load, from 23 ft baskets with swing door and inspection sides to 16 ft pipe baskets with aluminium lid and damping. All developed and produced by OEG.
- DNV 2.7-1 certification - Approved for offshore crane operations and platform acceptance. Full documentation simplifies mobilisation and meets operator requirements on the Norwegian and international shelf.
- Expanded metal sides for inspection - Open side structure on the 23 ft basket allows visual inspection of contents without opening the door or removing the tarpaulin. Saves time on inventory checks and receiving inspection.
- 8 ft swing door - Wide swing door on the 23 ft basket gives unobstructed access for loading and unloading large equipment. Easy one-person operation.
- ISO blocks for stacking - The 23 ft basket stacks up to six units high with standard ISO blocks. Maximises deck area during mobilisation and vessel loading.
